This is another poem that I got from going to North County Mental Health and they're offering Mindfulness Meditation to groups of people who are interested, I got this from the handout sheet that Dr. Freeman gave the group. I got List, Haiku, Couplet and Quatrain which are on the previous poem before this, I hope u enjoy reading as it may serve as a learning tool.

Healing Not Curing

Healing does not mean curing
As it may be possible to cure our illnesses, emotional pain or medical problem
Iit is possible for us to heal ourselves
