Healing Grief

amazing loving feelings
antidote to pain
arriving in droves
confusing his grief state
his breathing shifts directions
he begins to feel calm

she is at a loss
he has turned to her
words are inadequate
he is beyond repair; his grief acute
she holds on to him with tight arms
not realizing she is healing him with every inch of silence

I want people to think about the value of silence; it is so much faster to help healing than anything else.

A silent tight hug always heals....When all you can hear are heartbeats...ahhhh what a relief!!!
