Healing
My heart slows down and blood pressure falls;
I am within, inside my walls.
I go inside to talk to me;
other beings I may see
Communing with my other selves;
I am reminded of tales to tell.
Within you see, my soul resides;
from outsiders, there it hides.
Facing fears and the past;
I hope my courage will last.
Within, I face the child, I’d been
and promise bad things, won’t occur again.
Inside I work through childhood past;
knowing, I was built to last.
For I’m a Scorpio, you see;
I regenerate and rebuild; it sets me free.
Like the Oroboros of old;
and the phoenix, oh so bold;
I am devoured and then,
I return anew; lessons learned again.
Transformation from old-to-new;
will never, ever leave me blue.
I was born under a regenerative star
and I know that I’ll go far.
