Heal Our Town Lord

There is pain in our town lord
Loneliness and fear,
There are hearts rent from sorrow
Needing a saviour to draw Near,
There is alcoholism and drug abuse
Covering hurts up from the past,
Let us remember what you said
The first shall be made last,
Lead us to these people lord
Give us your words to say,
Lay their names upon our hearts
And teach us how to pray
We have hope for them
We feel their sorrow,
We pray they will have a better tomorrow
Lord when they turn to you
Let their faces shine and their hearts renew
