Heal a Heart
heavy feelings
crest fallen
heavy heart
aching heart
to be lifted
must first be accepted
accept the truth
and turn the
rust in your heart
to golden rays
don't push the feelings aside
let them unfold
and work themselves out
if someone you love
is hurting inside
hold them close
tell them to let it out
show them your there
and then they'll know
that it get's better
because the best thing in the world
for someone whose hurting
is to know that someone is there
help them turn their pain to joy
if their young
and do not know how
to show their pain
get them alone and hold them
then play,
get a game and play
take out the bowls and bake
just be with them
because when your with someone you love
even the darkest of nights
can become the brightest of morning
