Heal

heal
                                                     on hill 
                                                  mountain
                                                step upward
                                                   carefully
                                              to feel own life
                                              never look back 
                                                go ahead on
                                          keep stamina strong
                                              maintain balance
                                              in every spheres 
                                                reach the top 
                                                stand a while 
                                                 come back
                                                 to ground
                                                     smile
