Heal

Breath in sea’s 
                       Briny silence
                     
                            Expel          
                    Scathing whispers

                    Hush tireless tones 
                        Of self loathe

                            Release

                       let your breath  
                             mimic 
                         The ocean’s 
                        heart beat of                  
                      Aqua symphony

                  Absorb Hypnotic pulse

                              Heal

                  Know you are enough
