He Who Offers Me Sun

Meeting you was like being greeted by sunlight
The hair on my skin reaching to take you all in 
Embellishing the energy you radiate from within
Just feeling your rays running along my skin
Such warmth and happiness envelopes my heart
You make me realise I’m alive inside once again
Knocking on that door of chance and a new friend
Love again, a place that I would never expect to see
But this is the dream that someday I know will come 
The mystery man that I meet who offers me the sun
