He Pray's

He stood in the doorway
you can see the worry upon his face
trying to make a life for his family.

He look's at his hands
they seem so strong
yet so week.

He feels like he failed his family
let them down
he painfully falls to his knee's

He mumbles under his breath,
"I can't do it without you Lord
Please help me" He pray's

one foot with a roof over his head
one foot on the street
and not much for his family

He stood in the doorway
praying for his family
"thank-you"
