He Laid Back and Let Her Lead

She came sauntering into the bedroom with that peacock look.
Not only is she sexy, but Queen Hafsa is an excellent cook.
Is my steak finished? King Sabir asked, salivating a bit.
Queen Hafsa gave him a dance that showed him her whit.

His brown eyes narrowed as he stared at her feathered tail.
Hey, he asked, did the peasants yet bring in the mail?
She gave a spin and stared the king down hard.
He coughed a bit, and was shaking like jelly lard.

Queen Hafsa still had a mesmerizing effect on him.
He knew now her act was serious, not a whim.
She pinned him to the bed and gently stroked his arm.
He laid back and gave up. What could be the harm?

She was a beast in the bedroom, his lovely queen.
A tiger, a cougar, a devout lover, smart and keen.
King Sabir’s eyes narrowed, and he let her lead the way.
Thrilled to the core, with his sensuous queen that day.

A beast in the bedroom! Whew! (But a slave on the stove, I see!). What a combo! This Hafsa, strictly from Franz Kafka! :) gw

Shy women rarely make it into history books.
