He Gave Me

He gave me,
His darkness, blindness,
Coldness, aging and
Longing never ruthless,
In eleven poems and stanza

Gave me bitterness,
And salty taste
Never erased even by –
"Habiba's Sweets"

Gave me
His bad habits:
Poems without rhyme,
A pen, remember nothing 
But his name, and a few sterile letters
