Have's and Have Not's

There are the have's 
And the have not's
Can someone explain
Why the have's always want
More than they have
And all that they don't
Never happy with
The lump of their sum  

Then the have not's
See all that they don't
All that they could
If they could have bought
Less out of will
More out of want
Without being still
And giving much thought

Why can't the have's
Find it better to give
And the have not's 
Be happy with
All that they have
Whatever that is
All satisfied 
With what they do and don't have
