Hate Came With a Permit

Hate traveled on four wheels,
Illuminated the night,
And came with a permit
Two by two
Hate came to unite
The night
By the light
The bright white light
From every torch in sight
Hate faced the resistance
In the darkness
But hate's light
Could not outshine
"This little light of mine"
Hate could not outshine
Tyler's hugs
Hate could not outshine
Heather's smile
Hate could not outshine
Jay and Berke in flight
Hate came without "stability and competence"
And the resistance came without a permit

Nice write Michael. Yes indeed, hate should be overcome by any means possible.
