Harvey Korman Thinking Aloud

How about Carol wears the curtain rods?
That would be hysterical.
No one else got it.
But I am Harvey Korman and I have some say.

Most popular episode in history.
Even Vicky is not as popular unless she is mama.
Vicky as Carol's mama is hilarious.
This show gets better every second.

Then we grab up Tim Conway.
I have never laughed so hard in all my life.
He cracks me up totally.
And we are in front of a live audience!

My days on earth were the best.
Carol Burnett could fall down better than anyone
And get more laughs with just a glance than
All the rest of us put together.

Funny, brilliant write in honoring those Carol Burnett show actors/comedians... Tim Conway/Harvey Korman were properly the best physical/fall down comics ever..(today would be Robin Williams on the Female side Lucy Ball back in the day also..) On of the great shows from inception till it's last run.. Grand verse thanks for sharing James

I have watched these reruns so often it is ridiculous and still I cannot get past them. There is nothing on TV worth seeing any more so I am glad I can access this and Andy Griffith Show. Barney is HILARIOUS too!

I loved same show. Nice poem... I attended a formal dinner Harvey Korman attended, had my picture taken with him. The photographer lost that picture. He was much like me.very stubborn but in a good way. Last time I saw him was at Kirkwood. I mentioned him in my poem, The Hunger Project.PR

I adored him. He and Carol played off each other so exceedingly well! I would have loved to have had my picture taken with him!

Caren, See, this elephant had this little dwarf trainer and -- She used to put a little ballerina skirt on that elephant. There`s a rumor going around the circus that that dwarf and the elephant were lovers. The elephant squashed the dwarf. -Tim Conway "priceless comedy"
