Notes About The Poem

Hark - the Voice Within

Let
us here
now listen
in surrender,
to the gentle voice
of our conscience within,
showing soul clues to align
with Gods ever present love throb,
urging that we choose now to return,
to the domain of love and light, our home.

Subtle voice speaks to us in soft whispers,
since love never employs use of force.
Thus, we must listen in silence,
with ego borne thoughts still,
yearning for the reunion
of our lower mind,
first with our soul,
next spirit
and then,
God.

I felt about conscience what you wrote in this poem. But is their more? You want minimum 10 lines, but my thoughts end less than 10 lines. Research is on. Thanks once again for a wonderful prompt.
