God
invites
us to join
Him, in our heart
but thoughts interfere,
shrouding is in dark fear,
creating a looming chasm
between God and our soul within,
which remains until we surrender,
by melding head with heart, aligned with love.
Please understand that love employs no force,
thus waiting for as long as it takes
for us to awake from stupor,
exiting game of shadows,
bemused not by maya,
choosing God alone,
love enabled
and blissful
at our
core.
