Hark Have You Heard

We cannot see the rays of the sun
  yet 
    its shadows,shadow everyone

We cannot see the wind blowing free
  yet 
     we hear the rustling of a tree

We cannot know how the Spirit moves
   for 
     with earthly eyes,we cannot see

&yet 
    in thought,the truth,
                 He speaks to me.

I've been looking at using words in poems that function as they sound..Shadows shadow (as per your poem)...Hoovers hoover (brand name I know but..) and scarecrows scare crows etc etc..I'm just not there yet.
