HAPPY NEW YEAR!
This year is almost over, a new one taking over. Do you have the same New Year’s Resolution? If you keep having the same every single year, please do not even think about it, forego! No disappointment, no frustration. When New Year takes over, pour out the joy within you. Cheers and laugh to welcome the New Year and celebrate you. Say a little prayer each day, seven days a week. Like a simple prayer of “thank you.” Do act of kindness thirty or thirty one days a month. Smile to someone or be kind to yourself by remembering something stupid or good you did or that happened in the past. Show your love three hundred sixty five/six days a year. Call, text or send a note saying hello or you love them. Can you do these? You can fake them until you make them or try your very best, would you, please?
