Happy Fool

If the glass is half empty
let it overflow into a cup
If your down and out
just jump right up
If your feeling mighty blue
remember that puppies always love you

Happy fool, happy fool
life is at an ease
Happy fool, happy fool
doing what you please
For if you desire only to smile
then the whole world becomes your best pal

If the grass is always greener on the other side
then take down the fences that only divide
If your afraid of what you don't know
start out with a smile and a friendly hello
If you never met a person who wasn't a friend
don't worry about racing for you already win

Happy fool, happy fool

If you have simple kindness in your heart
If you love life cause it's a start
If you find happiness in all you do
then there is no fool in you
