Happy Father's Day
The sight of you disturbs me
Yet…you peered into my crib to keep me safe
You changed my diapers
Held me when I was sick
Calmed me when I was scared
But left me when you didn’t care
You abandoned a family in need
You took for granted the giver of life
To bend to your demands made no sense
Your arrogance made you look weak
Now you play as if you did nothing to effect
Your new[her] life is too late
You no longer peer into my life
I keep you out to keep me safe
You make me sick!
Happy Betrayers Day
