Happy Father's Day, dear dad
I want to thank you for all that you've had
You've been there for me, through thick and thin
With your love and guidance, I always win
You've taught me how to ride a bike
And how to always do what's right
You've shown me how to be kind and brave
And given me the strength to face each day
Your laughter and your smile
Have lit up my life for quite a while
And though sometimes we may disagree
I know you're always there for me
So on this special day, I want to say
Happy Father's Day! I love you in every way
You are my hero, my light and my guide
And I thank God for you every night
