Happy Birthday, United States! This did not happen, just by fate. We won the Revolutionary War, Signed the Declaration of Independence, and more. No longer citizens of Great Britain, Nor under their royal mandate. We sing America’s Anthem, while swinging on our gate, So celebrate with fireworks, barbecues and cherish your inherited fate. We are one nation, under God, dedicated to be free. Be grateful , do celebrate under your summer’s beautiful, leafy trees. 7/1/2023

Even now as I read your patriotic words I am hearing fireworks going off, as revelers celebrate the birthday of the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. Many thoughts of gratitude flow through my mind as I recall what courage and unity it required for those colonists to stand up and battle with a much stronger England in order to establish a democratic, sovereign nation, one that has accomplished much good in the world for the cause of liberty, justice, and global peace. Thank you for a dazzling , complete response, John …I think gratitude is for the few. I can tell by how many Americans would not comment, that frightens me enormously. When Charles became King it was written about here….Americans are masters of ingratitude and comparing. Bets are many Americans are not even registered voters but they have time to pen poetry and complain? whatever good for the world we did and still do, seems to be a joke …Life is no limerick.our children won’t survive on a world of jokes.Nor will we. You are a brilliant writer and outstanding American. Thank you, God be with you. Panagiota

Being an older woman, this country stands despite multiple parties. But.if we become totalitarians , our goose is cooked A country run by mandates, a weaponized government out to Makl and kil. all opponents is not American! We are to have free rights. I enjoyed your humorous comment! The flags you mentionEd Cause divisiveness in our culture that makes us think we’re all different from one another and let’s fight one another. That makes me very sad.. We are all Americans under one flag!…There is a picture of our flag above. May we remember all the all the men who died to get it and died in other countries. I know there are people in this country of all colors and are glad to be here. Why else would immigrants come over the border? We are a good nation with good peoples A happy fourth to you, Gershon! How true, Elena, I do understand, as fake News takes great joy in spirtting on the USA at every chance. It’s very pathetic in view of the millions who died trying to save other countries. We believe in the rights of other countries, but sadly, I think we are considered a lesser country. God knows the truth. I still value Americans, we are so diverse. And have given huge amounysof money to the Ukraine, Good for us. Israel is not honored ar all. TMA k you, Panagiota

David, it’s up to us to choose the right leaders…And we each can be a leader in our own way. And while other countries drink, they are far more perfect than the USA. Take a look at France.. I had no idea all the problems going on in Britain. That’s too bad.. but each country is special in its own way. Sorry, didn’t seem to ramble on there! Happy Fourth! In appreciation, Panagiota
