Happy Birthday Mother
As time slips past
And years come and go
In times of happiness
Or times of sorrow
Through thick and thin
You have stood by my side
Were there to encourage me
And held me when I cried
I was given unconditional love
And now I finally see
Even though I made bad mistakes
You unfailingly believed in me
It is important that you understand
You are not just my mother
You are a very special lady
A friend like no other
So here is a birthday wish
And I hope your dreams come true
And I want you to know I am thankful
Because I get my best qualities from you!
