Happy and Sad

Rain
Dark clouds
Ink black sky
Stormy weather
A rainstorm always makes me feel happy

Hate the glare reflected on wet pavements
When the rain stops
Hurts my eyes
Makes me
Frown

After more than three weeks of storms, our rain finally stopped, Jack. I love rain, too, but if you visited me now, you'd be basking in sun -- and HEAT! Cool entry for Michel's contest, dear friend. Wishing you success! Love, Carolyn

I really like how you did this one, but I"d probably be reversing it and smiling after the rain stopped. haha. Sometimes rain IS very refreshing, isn't it? And when one needs a good cooling off, it's pure delight. I am sure Michael will love this one.

I agree my friend. I like being inside all warm and dry on a stormy night whether it be rain or snow but hate the glare on the road because I can't see where I'm going and I have to go on faith. Good write my friend. God Bless, JB

Hey there Jack, interesting route you went with your entry.. Wishing you all the best with it.. As for the "lfde" it actually stands for "liefde" which is the Afrikaans word for Love ;) sorry just me being silly and throwing in a little bit of my Home language :) See it is not something you would say ahh of course too ;) hope I made you smile with my madness - liefde Wilma..
