Happy

I think about the last time
you were lying next to me
and we were just happy
to be and feel free
I asked you
did you swim in me?
You said
I swam in you
then kissed my knee
we were just
happy
Last time you were lying next to me
You took me in your arms
and I could touch the stars
Now I lay alone
But you told me a story on the phone
And it got into my head
And put me to bed
and now I’m just
happy
