Happiness

Could calm surroundings, with no tempests, be called happiness?
Should pleasures of physique and psyche be happiness-zone?
Could, like money and wealth, this be brought out of craftiness?
Or is it, with virtuousness, in the fields of hearts sown?

Existential meaning and contentment as flesh and blood
Optimism in thoughts, words, and actions is like veins entwined
Challenges, though they resemble thorn bundles, are gladly hugged.
Goals and purposes, with physique and psyche, are aligned.

Smiles and laughs accompany learning newer arts and crafts
Humility, patience, compassion, and gratitude win.
With victory, laurels of value and virtue contracts
Thick and thin need not be to happiness a kith and kin

It dwells within oceans of self. Dive deep, and you will find.
In this quest, you will learn the art of being calm and kind
