A healthy body, an inquiring mind.
Making the most of opportunities I find.
Spending time with people that make me smile.
Finding time for myself, once in a while.
Giving and sharing my skills and knowledge.
Life skills I’ve learnt since I left college.
Happiness to me is a brand new day.
Use it wisely is what I say.
