Notes About The Poem

Happiness

Is not
	                      none

non existent
then a big bang
an accident
I was toppled by a wheelchair
eyes blinded
vision blurred
accident are like that
one cant walk
one cant see
pain though
seeps
into child's darkness
creeping along
lingering days
nightmarish nights
we grow
pain grows
screams, yes
the silence begins
slowly

over there
	             over there
			                             Christmas lights

carols

everything is upside down

	                        when you have a brother

who is always close

Hi Arthur, happiness, the joy of the heart, doubled when shared. I do wish that I had had a brother, but then, I do have two wonderful sisters. May the peace of the christmas season find you my friend. have a wonderful Saturday....Mike.
