Hanging By a Thread

As I hang from a cord of silken repent No hesitation for the lives I leave you Please quarter my faith and unwind this lament I know not of her love and drown in the truth We have searched for some solace in time spent And now in the darkness you have found limbo too She dances around the gallows as I sway Singing songs from her demons born from the day.

This is another fantastic write ! On the sixth line in your first stanza: incert 'in', after "And now"....it will give the line its metrical feet it well deserves. This is a class A write dear poet....I'm already hooked...definately going to read the rest of your writes now....have a great journey.....much love, james P.s...rid the comma on same line, it is already implied.
