Hands, Palms, and Love

My hands are burning,
Drying surface of the skin.
My hands feel a stinging,
Meaning the heat felt is part of healing.
My palms are filling with energy,
Spirit manifesting in between a clasping.
My palms are warming
Through the light of praying.
My fingertips are reaching
Out towards another human's fingers.
My fingertips are touching yours,
A feeling of magnetism occurs.
My hand is nearing,
Close to yours.
My hand is holding yours,
So endearing.
My palms are where
The story of my life is in lines.
My palms are what
Assure me I'm bound for love.
My fingers are clasping
Onto your knuckles.
My fingers are embracing
Your hand and fingers as we stand.
