Mr. Strand, may I remind you - although you write in a genre that embodies elegance, logic and grace - this Italian boy is trying to adhere to a diet! LOL! Only joshing...a scrumptuous Epulaeryu...provided that it's a Northern (Tuscany) Italian recipe, yes ? Thank you so much for the book. I received it today. I want to say thank you for being a fine gentleman and a gifted artist who inspires so many writers on this site! You've inspired me.
