Hand Heritage

Hand Heritage Shimmering light reaches Through my window Long golden fingers tip toe Across the shadows Meadow fragrances tickle My sense of smell Rustling me to wake Like a tinkling bell Placing my hand into the Lights warm caress I muse over my hand and Its powerful quest Will it build today Wipe another’s tears away Be a gentle touch to heal Help another find their way Will it lead my other Parts to follow suit Plant me deep in rich Soil where I can root Will it wave to another? In addition, bring a smile My hand opens giving All a loving domicile Morning birds call to me Come to the window and see Feel the sun bathe your soul In this moment, I feel whole Thank You Lord For another day Carole Cookie Arnold
