Halo-halo or mix-mix is one of the most popular cold desserts in the Philippines.

Ingredients:

crushed ice with evaporated or condensed milk

sweetened beans, fruits, jellies, flan and others with scoops of ice cream on top

TRY THIS AND YOU WILL ALMOST FORGET YOUR NAME! (Oh, sorry. You will forget your problems)

Succulent rainbow dessert
lavishly layered
in large clear bowls and goblets,
Fine crushed ice with milk,
ice cream scoops on top
