Halloween Scare

In that dark cold night I could hear only my footsteps
Deadly silence adorned and a feeble cry around
Hurried the move at once with head held down in a hang
Sound of the anklets so near I could hear ,I turned round
Smell of the fresh blood and the cemetery flowers
Lingered around in that thick blackish hue and vigil
Anklets tickled not to miss again , I turned again –
And Grabbed with deadly grin, the flesh at hand quivering
Eyes brightened with glee at the sight of thee scared to core
Piercing through the neck I slurped the cold blood, licking lips
I retreated with loud laugh that surmounted the walls
I wiped the rims with ease and walked along the path
In that dark cold night I could hear only my footsteps…
