Halloween Moon
Beauty held in autumn's skies
All celestial bodies seem
to shine brighter
Nothing compares to the moon
Like a gigantic orange disc
blending in with twinkling stars
When all is quiet in the
dark of the night
One can hear the winds howling
through the naked trees
And at the stroke of midnight
on this October night
when you gaze to the heavens
you may glimps the
silhouette of a dark witch
casting her shadow across
the face of the Halloween moon
