Fear rises in the back of my throat Like saliva, it sputters in my mouth Eroding my senses with apprehension Reminiscing with dread of night tremors Touching cold bones with a caress From the criminal minds who blast Darkness into the light, yearning for Storms that will allow them to fight All the gentle thoughts that might come Into the heart who knows that this night Halloween, is merely a holiday, not a Dreaded gloomy nocturnal dreamscape Happy Day, everyone !!!
