Anne-Lise thank you so much! It was a joy to contemplate the blessings of silence in terms of holy darkness and sacred silence - a wonderful state to live in within the chaos. As I write this note I think about the silence of a new snowfall that you get to experience in the winter and feel a little jealousy as we don't get the reprieve of a snowy day here in CA. I guess a good rainy day will have to do. Sending you fruitful moments of holy silence and a hug!
