Half a Heart
I took you, you took me
And we were bound in unity
The vows we spoke
Were full of hope
For our new life, together
The rings were placed
Each other we faced
Eyes filled with joyful tears
Two hearts joined to one
Through the good and the bad
When all that we had
Was each other
Our love did not waver
But time passed
All too fast
And it was time
That stole you
For at the end
Death did us part
And left me
With half a heart
