“Doing what you love is freedom. Loving what you do is happiness.” Lana Del Rey Happiness with peace for the masses comes sporadically, And at times it feels like periods of great prosperity or Long-lasting peace has come not often throughout history. Changes in politics or times of trouble or war Yank away the good times causing for many stress or tragedy. Oh, how I long for the ‘80’s. Down came a mighty wall! No recent decade can match it, and I was having a ball!

How absolutely great that love what you do brings happiness. Unfortunately the greed of man soils this world. Blessings.

The 80's, the decade that held most of my childhood and my early teen years. Happiness and peace we all want that to coincide. Good job.

Awwn, the description of those halcyon days without an actual stress of war, when everything strummed in the heavens of harmony, tied together with peace.. Your acrostic poems are always so meaningful and so full of depth, dear Andrea.. I absolutely enjoyed reading this one :)

a well-written Acrostic, Andrea. I miss those halcyon days of both the 50s and 80s...although I was too young to remember much about the 50s. :-) The 80s were truly an uplifting, promising time in America. I enjoyed the write. Have a pleasant weekend, Sara

Walls come down, then go back up again. Nothing has really changed in the world. Human rulership is coming to an end. Then real happiness comes. Nicely written
