Hail My Kingdom
Behold, I am your king, please do not bow before me
Human I am; blood I shed to prove I am just like thee
My lands are also yours; I own nothing that God made
Slaves I free as people, smiting all men of hateful jade
I rule my kingdom with an iron fist and a golden heart
A king you may call me, but I’m merely playing a part
With chivalry resurrected, respectful acts I will show
A woman’s smile lightens my spirit with a great glow
My knights show me loyalty, a sign I seek in my court
Kingdoms we wish not to invade, we wish for support
A better world we try to create, less violence and hate
Dueling wrongdoers, before our cause proves too late
A queen of inner beauty I search for, to be at my side
One to aid me to guide my kingdom with much pride
To share a love found only beyond the stars, so bright
A dream it may be today, but one still within my sight
Within this castle I will smile upon my almighty throne
Strongly build on a foundation of care, with every stone
Resting on such beautiful lands, free for all life to roam
Hail my kingdom, with arms wide open, welcome home
I open my eyes, only to stare into a deep dark void
My perfect world is no more, forever destroyed
Cruel how the mind can be, I remain its mere pawn
Leaving me with just a dream, a happiness gone
