East and West;
Worldly pursuits

Misty moon glow
Alone waiting;
Luna meditation

Evening car ride
Homebound thoughts;
City lights twinkle

Abrupt darkness
Spreads heavy blanket;
Dreamtime hovers

Here we are
Two sixty-year olds;
Still holding hands

~~~~~~~~~


Through glass windows
Floor to ceiling;
Awesome sights

~~~~~~~~~


Misty evening hues
After brief rain;
Blank dark canvas

Full moon tonight
Follows me as I stroll;
Mystic smile glows
