Haiku For the Children

old river flows hushed
blood and tears, silent weeping
children are slaughtered

Thank you for stopping by to read my haiku. I am very sorry that you were disturbed and perhaps that was my intention it was written after the children's massacre in Homs Syria . The tragedy left me sleepless and helpless and still does let's pray for peace on this earth in our life times
