Jack, a fun place to learn and see quality haiku and you can send one every day is to MAINICHI DAILY NEWS HAIKU IN ENGLISH. You will see quality from a Japanese selector. Every day pick one of your haiku/senryu and fill out the submission form: Name, address, and email and be sure to put USA after the address. I have had 3 chosen this year. Google it. Bob

Your 3 like is a little welcomed surprise, one has to stop and let it sink in, good. Jack, It is a senryu in that there is no nature stated and deals with humans. And, my good friend, Yes yes, I have had many many published but still I get many refusals, many that say I must learn hot to write them. But, remember this, if you compose a 100 and get one super poem, that poem will live forever. I get rejections a lot. A lot. Be brave, and submit on line. Bob
