Haiku 78

summer storm
upon the horizon
lightning strikes

raindrops
on the windshield
flash flood

thunder
above the clouds
drum solo

Sometimes that thunder does sound like a very loud drum solo and scares Hairy the Chihuahua from Hades to death and he feels it is his duty to bark the thunder away. Thanks for dropping by. I am healing from the broken pelvis. Sara
