I saw a photograph of a tree frog on a branch and a butterfly had landed on his head. This photo inspired this haiku.

I would love to have seen that photo. Tree frogs are so sweet and delicate. I used to catch them and let them sit on my hand when I was a young girl. I liked them. This brings back those memories. Thanks so much for sharing. God Bless, JB

If that was my poem, I would have done it without an explanation ...your haiku is beautiful painting by itself...

Cute one. Made me think of Kermit the frog ...We used to have tree frogs here at my house and they can keep a person up with their endless singing at night. Thanks for the visit to my page. Sara

Saw the image clear as day Kim, an unusual image for sure. Reminded me of the time I saw a lamb jump on its moms back, of course I didn't have my camera with me grrrr. Tom
