Phyllis, thanks so much for reading so MANY of my poems today and for all the sweet things you said. You are such a dear. I really like how you describe fall in this little haiku. Let me go among your oldies and reread one of them at least!!

I liked the imagery -- I have walked these woods, seen the wet leaves, and the boot prints . . . the sweet damp air, and cold wind blowing. Loved it.
