Haiku 42 - 1,2,3,4

1
	a noiseless moment
	he writes in his diary
	incessant snow

		2
	every day he hoped
	every day she avoided…
	waning moon

		3
	his need for love
	he opened his careless mouth
	oak tree, splintered

		4
	words that she heard
	anger and bewilderment
	forest inferno

These are some of the best haiku I've read by you. I love that each one has a nature metaphor that so accurately describes the emotions happening in the first two lines. I, too, thought the second one was a bit more intense than the others, but each was special in their own way. Can't wait for the last installment :)

Thanks, Linda. Actually, they are four parts of a five-part relationship tale told in Haiku. The final segment is tomorrow. I think I'll attach a note about my intentions... Jack
