Haiku 40 Till Haiku 47 Beneath the Sakura Tree

cherry blossoms drift

upon the white casket

-a fading pink hue

--- 


she scatters his ashes

where cherry blossoms bloom

-life after life


----

early miscarriage

-cherry blossoms wither

before leaves bloom

my unborn child

-cherry blossoms

wither too soon

- - - 


cherry blossoms

in hues of pink

-our baby girl

- - -

first  cherry  falls

upon melting snowflakes

-Spring's blossom

cherry blossom

-i lick fresh sweetness

from his lips

beneath the sakura tree

i shape a heart of petals

-without you
