Everyday somewhere
Someone life is not spared
No longer sitting in silence
Let's talk about gun Violence
Everyday a detective is on their way
To visit a family
To tell them horrible news
Family feeling lost and confused
How can you take something you didn't give
How could your heart be like this unreal
That you feel you have to kill
That you feel you got to take
Why is this world so full of hate
Hear me lord , hear me cry
I'm crying out for a world
No longer safe , how did we get to this place

Lord help stop the gun Violence

Guns were meant to protect
When we go to war
Now people are going to far
Having drive bys
Mass shootings
What is the world polluting
No longer caring
With a life
No longer sparing
Take the gun off safety
And they just spraying
It's so sad
That killing has become the new norm
No longer fun , just harm
I'm so hurt you don't understand
You see this was never able the part of Gods plan
Simple things cost your life
Like you are a sacrifice
What are we doing
We out here loosing
Families crying
Love ones keep dying
What do we do
Let our voices be the truth
Drop down to out knees and pray
That the lord hear me
Hear me in this world
We are in desperate need
Of his holy spirit
To succeed
We have to realize the truth
Without God on our side there's no use

Moms and Dads , sisters and brothers , should not have to bury each other
No matter who they are even a friend
Gun Violence should not be the way their life end
