Guilty As Charged

Sometimes men need forgiving When they don't know how to ask Words really are unmintionable If painfull the recent past A womans heart is fragile When given to the man she loves She knows she can't take it back But only be scorned by love Hear her silence roaring Like a lioness looking for cubs See her eye's exploring The soul of the one she loves Feel her motionless body When seeking the littlest kiss Her memory totally empty Of any shared bliss How can I fix this How can I fix this How can I fix this! I'm on my bended knees I would do most anything If I could only please The thing that once was living The thing that I once had Please give it back It's the only thing that matters The thing that I lack I can love unselfishly And you would be my queen Remember what I am to you And wipe the record clean I won't stray beyond your reach And we shall be as one Perhapes to bring us closer This awful thing was done

A wonderful write John on life, love and sadness. If only we can take back things said and done but we cannot take back the past and only look to the future. love phyl

Being human is such risky business. Too bad we can't predict the future and redo the past. Luv, Lizzie

Wonderful John. It's a piece of art woven together by sadness, yet there is still a glimer of hope

are you trying to attract my attention by any chance? I see why...people can be toxic? don't I know it, and one is as bad as the other...

Could be most anything. What if she found out her wedding ring wasn't a real diamond. Oh boy!

heartwrenching... I just stopped by to say hey to frank herrera, and danno, and was pondering your write because of the title. Very well expressed. We are all imperfect, perhaps you should read Dan Kearleys from a couple days ago. I can relate to yours because the love of my life is on this site. Pride is one's own destruction at times. Its sad.
